Important information regarding Private Bella Experiences:
Booking & Appointment Policies
• All spa service packages include spa robes upon arrival and pink lemonade.
• Depending on the number of guests in your service or package, the appropriate time will be allotted at Bella Anima to enjoy all services and activities.
• A deposit may be required when booking certain packages.
• A $50 deposit is required for Girl Scout and Cheer Team Time packages.
• Please arrive on time for all packages. Late arrival may result in a loss of your scheduled service time.
• A 20% gratuity is added to all services and packages and must be paid in cash.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or to apply the deposit to a future Bella Anima service.
• Failure to cancel within the required time frame will result in forfeit of the deposit or the deposit being applied to a Bella Anima gift certificate.
• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Services with two or more guests require additional staffing. If cancelled, the deposit will be used to cover staffing costs.
